Tom Stone and Dick Wadhams face off on Saturday. One of them will be the Chairman of the Republican Party in Colorado. They hold the key to the 2010 elections. If they do things right the GOP will in 2010 and expand the party…if they do it bad, then Colorado becomes a state like Vermont.
Tom Stone: Focus is the need for change in the GOP. He wants to bring in youth. He use to be a Commissioner for the Eagle area where he lives. If he can deliver a speech well he can win.
Dick Wadhams: Current Chairman of the GOP. After getting John Thune elected in South Dakota he came here and tried those same tactics and lost bad. He was blammed for the bad year in 2008 for the GOP. He has done one thing right and that was clear up a debt.
So who WILL win. Not who do you want to win.
